These terms apply to SafeEra Academy, operated by SafeEra HSE Consulting and Technologies in Ghana. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Give your real full name, because it is printed on your certificates. Keep your password private. One account is for one person.

Courses and assessments

Complete the lessons and assessments yourself. Certificates issued after dishonest completion may be withdrawn. Withdrawn certificates show as withdrawn on the public verification page.

Certificates

A certificate confirms that you completed the named course and passed its assessment on the date shown. It is valid until the expiry date printed on it. It does not replace any licence, permit or site specific authorisation required by law or by your employer.

Payments and refunds

Course fees are shown in Ghana cedis and paid through Paystack. If you have not opened any lesson, you may ask for a refund within 7 days of payment by writing to academy@safeeraghana.com.
